In 2021, Mr. Dasan approached us and expressed the urgent need to develop and produce a long-life, high-quality electric bicycle motor product. Prior to this, he also sought out many suppliers, but due to immature technology, there have always been problems with motors being prone to burning out, short lifespan, damaged motor shafts, and excessive current. But in the face of professionalism, we can all solve these problems.

Firstly, the output shaft of the motor is a custom shaft, and when the speed is 3100RPM, it is necessary to ensure that the shaft does not deform or break. To meet this demand, we replaced the original shaft with better steel to produce a higher quality output shaft, which greatly increases the stiffness of the motor shaft.

Secondly, ensure that the signal input components of the screw buckle and door handle are perfectly matched with the motor and the customer's product. The turn signal is the driving signal for the rotation of the electric bicycle motor. The door handle signal is an electrical signal output from the electronic circuit inside the door to the controller when the electric bicycle brakes; After receiving this signal, the controller will cut off the power supply to the motor, thereby achieving the braking power-off function.

Finally, due to the need for long-term continuous operation of electric bicycles, the motor must run smoothly and without vibration. In practical use, a motor is required to drive the chain operation. If there is slight swing of the shaft, it can cause the chain and motor to become uneven during operation. Therefore, our engineers have strengthened the adjustment of the shaft level and motor in the design, and fully helped the customer solve this problem in balance.
