This time, our client Nick is a British manufacturer specializing in the production of fishing machinery. With the development of the fish farming industry, their product sales channels are constantly expanding and demand is increasing. However, due to the previous problems with the use of electric motors, they want to add oxygen to the fishing grounds to improve the living conditions of the fish. Therefore, a more suitable motor is needed, so we were contacted.

The customer stated that they previously used a brushless motor, but the effect was not good, so they want to try a brushless motor. We recommend suitable sizes of brushless motors to customers. Because the voltage used is 24V and the power is 400W, it is recommended that the customer use an 80mm brushless motor.

The customer hopes that the torque of the motor can be as high as possible to drive four fan blades. However, it is understood that motors do not require such high speeds in practical applications, so it is recommended that the customer use a gearbox. After discussion with the customer, it is recommended that the customer use a brushless motor+RV gearbox.

Cost is a concern for all customers, and they hope to avoid frequent motor replacement in the future. But in reality, the maintenance cost of the motor in the later stage is low, and the actual usage time of the customer's product is about a few hours per day. According to the normal service life of the brushless motor, it can be used for several years. The customer is very satisfied with the usage time. In addition, in order to match our customers' products, we also take into account the size of the motor.

After confirming the customer's requirements, we provided two samples. After being put into use in the later stage, the customer affirmed our motor and discussed the subsequent customization requirements for other motors, completing the long-term cooperation.
